While this presentation is primarily concerned with the syntax used in the command-line versions of SSH on Linux, the concepts apply to the GUI versions and command-line versions for other platforms. http://www.openssh.org and http://www.freessh.org have links to other SSH client and server implementations for all sorts of operating systems and platforms.
