I've merged some of the tremendous work done by the real kernel hackers. The following patches: uml1-dxdir-netfilter-vs-2.5.40-ac2.patch.bz2 ac2-uml1-dxdir-netfilter-vs-2.5.40.patch.bz2 include: - Jeff Dike's 2.5.40-uml1 - A stub topology.h for uml that will be in Jeff's uml2 - Ted T'so and Daniel Phillip's ext3 directory hash code (from http://thunk.org/tytso/linux/ext3-dxdir/ ) - The Netfilter modules from patch-o-matic-20021003 that apply cleanly ( from ftp://ftp.netfilter.org/pub/patch-o-matic/snapshot ) - changed smp_num_cpus to NR_CPUS in netfilter's ipt_string.c (thanks to wli for the help) The first patch is against 2.5.40-ac2, the second includes it. I also have a kernel compiled with the above as linux-2.5.40-ac2-uml1-dxdir-netfilter-6.bz2
